Shipping Restrictions

Pin High currently ships only within the United States and only to eligible jurisdictions. Some states, cities, territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, freight forwarders, and similar addresses may be unavailable.

If your address is restricted, checkout may not allow the order to proceed.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable state, local, and federal laws related to the purchase, possession, and use of Pin High products.

No Purchases for Minors

You may not purchase Pin High products for anyone under 21. You may not resell, redistribute, export, or transfer Pin High products to anyone who is not legally permitted to purchase or use them.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promo codes, discounts, and offers may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, exclusions, and limits. Some codes may not be combined. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.

We may cancel orders involving promotion abuse, pricing errors, fraud, or unauthorized use of discounts.

Subscriptions

When subscriptions are offered, subscription purchases will renew according to the frequency selected at checkout. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for each renewal unless you cancel, pause, or modify your subscription before the next order is processed.

You can manage subscription settings through the link provided in your order confirmation or account portal, where available. Once a subscription order has processed, cancellation or changes may not apply to that shipment.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, and damaged-item claims are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Accounts

You may be able to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to bypass age verification, engage in fraud, or misuse the website.

User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, videos, testimonials, feedback, social media posts, or other content to Pin High, tag Pin High, mention Pin High, or otherwise share content with us, you grant Pin High a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit, distribute, and create derivative works from that content for marketing, advertising, social media, website, email, retail, and other business purposes.

You represent that you own or have the rights to submit the content and that the content does not violate the rights of any third party. We may remove or decline to use user content at our discretion.

If you want us to stop using content you submitted, contact info@pinhighpouches.com. We will review the request, but removal may not be possible for content already printed, published, distributed, or used in completed campaigns.

Giveaways, Ambassador Programs, and Referrals

From time to time, Pin High may offer giveaways, contests, ambassador programs, referral programs, or similar promotions. These programs may be subject to separate rules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, and restrictions.

Intellectual Property
