4. Shipping Policy

Pin High Pouches, LLC currently ships only within the United States and only to eligible jurisdictions.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Options
Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.
Typical shipping options may include:
- Economy: estimated 5–8 business days
- Standard: estimated 3–4 business days
- Priority: estimated 2–3 business days
Expedited shipping may be available at checkout and must be selected by the customer.
Shipping Costs
Pin High offers free economy shipping on eligible orders of $75 or more.
For orders under $75, economy shipping is typically $5.99, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping rates, options, and thresholds may change at any time.
Carrier
Pin High currently uses USPS where available and legally permitted. We may use other carriers, services, or compliance-enabled shipping methods as needed based on product type, delivery location, age-verification requirements, or legal restrictions.
Age Verification and Delivery Requirements
Pin High nicotine products are available only to adults 21 years of age or older.
Age verification is required before purchase. A valid adult signature, proof of age, or additional verification may be required upon delivery where required by law, carrier policy, or Pin High compliance procedures.
If age cannot be verified, delivery may be refused, the order may be returned or canceled, and shipping charges or related costs may not be refundable.
Taxes
Sales tax, tobacco-related taxes, and other applicable taxes or fees may be calculated based on the delivery address and applicable law.
Shipping Restrictions
Pin High does not ship to all states, cities, territories, or address types. Laws and regulations change frequently, and checkout will reflect available shipping options based on the delivery address and product eligibility.
Until further notice, we do not sell or ship nicotine products to the following locations:
- Arkansas
- Georgia
- Louisiana
- Maine
- Maryland
- Rhode Island
- Utah
- Vermont
- Washington
- Micronesia
- Guam
- Puerto Rico
The following locations may have partial or product-specific restrictions:
- California: flavored nicotine products may be unavailable; only eligible non-flavored products may be available if offered
- Colorado: shipping may be unavailable to Denver
- Massachusetts: flavored nicotine products may be unavailable; only eligible non-flavored products may be available if offered
- Washington, D.C.: flavored nicotine products may be unavailable; only eligible non-flavored products may be available if offered
If a shipping address is restricted, checkout may not allow the order to proceed.
You gave this state/territory restriction framework from the Sesh-style model and asked to mimic it minus GoPuff; I adjusted the “CLEAR” language so Pin High does not accidentally promise a SKU that may not exist.
Address Restrictions
At this time, Pin High does not ship nicotine products to:
- PO boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- Freight forwarders
- Mail forwarding services
- Hotels or temporary lodging addresses
- International addresses
- U.S. territories unless expressly available at checkout
This is the safer default until your legal and shipping compliance setup confirms otherwise.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent automatically once your order ships.
If tracking has not updated after several business days, contact:
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Pin High is not responsible for packages that are marked delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, misplaced, or retrieved by someone else at the delivery address.
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, building staff, household members, and the carrier. You may also contact us at info@pinhighpouches.com, and we will review the issue. Replacements or refunds for delivered packages are not guaranteed and may be handled at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pinhighpouches.com with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box.
Weather, Heat, and Carrier Delays
Pin High is not responsible for delays, exposure, or storage conditions caused by carriers, weather, mailrooms, lockers, porches, or delivery locations after the order has shipped or been delivered.
If your product arrives visibly damaged or compromised, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review the issue.
