1. Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pin High Pouches, LLC (“Pin High,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. If something is wrong with your order, contact us at info@pinhighpouches.com and we will work to make it right.
Pouch Products
Due to the nature of nicotine pouch products, zero-nicotine pouch products, and oral-use products generally, all pouch product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of pouch products, whether opened or unopened.
This policy helps protect product integrity, safety, and quality control.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pinhighpouches.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and packing slip
- Any batch, lot, or product information visible on the packaging, if applicable
If approved, we may issue a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion. In most cases, incorrect or damaged pouch products will be replaced rather than returned.
Merchandise Returns
Merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item. Returns must be approved by Pin High before being sent back. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Nicotine pouch products
- Zero-nicotine pouch products
- Sale or discounted items
- Limited drops
- Gift cards
- Custom or promotional items
- Products marked final sale at checkout
Cancellations and Order Changes
Orders may be canceled or changed only before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation, address changes, product changes, or shipping changes.

Refused Deliveries and Returned Packages
If a package is refused, undeliverable, returned to sender, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed age verification, or delivery restriction, we may cancel the order and issue a refund at our discretion, less shipping costs, taxes, carrier fees, and any non-refundable costs incurred.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the issue was caused by Pin High.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or Shopify payment method.
